How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of our dresses are made-to-order to ensure quality. Production typically takes 2-3 weeks, and standard shipping takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns for standard-size dresses within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that custom-size dresses are final sale and cannot be returned.
Can I order fabric swatches before purchasing a dress?
Yes, we encourage customers to order fabric swatches first to ensure the color and material meet your expectations, as colors can vary slightly between different screen displays.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
You can request changes to your order within 24 hours of placement. After this window, production begins and we may be unable to modify the size, color, or style.
